TASC, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) community-based non-profit organization that
provides day habilitation and supported community living services to individuals with disabilities in and around Waukon, Iowa. TASC, Inc. is seeking a full-time Executive Director.
Job Description: The Executive Director is a full-time exempt position, reporting to the TASC, Inc. Board of Directors. The Executive Director will embrace the values, accountability, and responsibility of the agency’s stated mission and demonstrate corporate social responsibility.
The Executive Director will guide the agency ethically, effectively and efficiently in achieving its mission.
The Executive Director will focus and expand upon six domains for the organization:
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Advanced degree in relevant field with at least five years of Management, supervisory or administrative experience.
Required Skills:
The Executive Director must be able to pass an extensive background check including a criminal history check and checks of sex offender, Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, MVR and monthly OIG/SAM checks, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Full Time Program Associate
TASC has an employment opportunity for a Program Associate to provide supports in our Support Services program. This position will enhance the intellectual functioning and overall, well-being of the persons served. Qualifications for the position include: experience working with persons with disabilities, good communication skills, an excellent driving record and computer skills.
