Community Skills Trainer

As a Community Skills Trainer, you will have the opportunity to become fully immersed in the lives and daily routines of the people we serve. Supporting individuals with their day to day tasks and personal cares is just the beginning. Community Skills Trainers also build deep and meaningful relationships with those we serve. Community Skills Trainers actively engage with our clients in all capacities of their lives, working to build their social and emotional skills sets. Community Skills Trainers and clients participate in neighborhood events, partake in patronizing local businesses including restaurants and shops, play games, exercise and get outdoors, and exploring new interests. Each day is a new opportunity to learn from each other, laugh together and build a stronger community. TASC is seeking individuals who share a goal to build up others through integrity, kindness and respect. TASC employees value the whole person--body, mind and spirit, have the energy, tenacity and willingness to go beyond social norms, and continually pursue the ideals of acceptance, inclusion, and compassion.

Program Associate

Full Time Program Associate


TASC has an employment opportunity for a Program Associate to provide supports in our Support Services program.  This position will enhance the intellectual functioning and overall, well-being of the persons served.  Qualifications for the position include: experience working with persons with disabilities, good communication skills, an excellent driving record and computer skills.  Interested individuals should send a letter of interest and resume to Executive Director, TASC Inc., 2213 Mt Olivet Rd.
